The fees if one hopes to adopt a dog is only $25. The fee already covers the complete vaccination, spaying or neutering, and microchipping of the adoptable animals. In a statement by the founder of Bissell Pet Foundation, she said that they hope to permanently end the homeless pet problem across the country by starting such event. She noted that these animals are “beautiful, worthy” and they should be the first choice for people wanting to have a pet.
