A lot of musicians are now posting videos online or having online concerts so they can help entertain their fans at home or raise funds. However, “Sweet Caroline” singer Neil Diamond opted to sing the same song but with coronavirus-related lyrics to raise awareness about the deadly disease.

The video started off with his doggo looking at the camera. Later, it was revealed that Diamond was by his fireplace and he started off by saying, “I know we’re going through a rough time right now. But I love you, and I think maybe if we sing together, well, we’ll feel just a little bit better.” While he was singing the classic “Sweet Caroline,” it was notable that he changed the lyrics “hands, touching hands,” to “hands, washing hands” and the line “touching me, touching you” to “Don’t touch me, I won’t touch you.”
