Singer Dierks Bentley was interviewed and later performed on “Today” in New York City recently. The singer also adopted an eight weeks old border collie mix from Muddy Paws Rescue during the show.
– Some rescue dogs were on the set of “Today.”
– On the same day that they were there, singer Dierks Bentley was there for an interview and a performance.
– Later, he revealed that he just adopted one of the rescue doggos on set.
During Bentley’s talk with the hosts of the show, he shared that he has been texting with his wife and kids and all they really want is a third doggo. At the set were also some rescue doggos from Muddy Paws Rescue. The singer then revealed that the paperwork was underway and before he was set to go to his next tour stop in Buffalo, New York, he already has his new doggo for his family. He named the doggo Goose and he shared, “I feel a connection. I feel it’s meant to be. I’ll never forget this day. This is unbelievable.”
The Bentley family has two rescue dogs named Patch and Emmy. Their eldest doggo, George, died earlier this 2019.
