At the Freeport, Bahamas, the annual Grand Bahama Dog Days Half Marathon will be taking place on March 23. Dogs, kids, and adults are all invited to take part of the marathon and the post-marathon festivities.

The Grand Bahama Port Authority is the main sponsor for the marathon. This is the fifth year that the marathon will be taking place and just like last year, the post-race celebrations will be epic. There will be food, music, and drinks at the Taino Beach. The event directors for Dog Days said that they expect around 600 runners for the event. The beneficiary of the event is the Grand Bahama Humane Society, which helps mostly doggos but also takes care of other pets.
Aside from the humane society, the Grand Bahama Children’s Home will also be benefited.
