This year’s “Barket” in New Zealand will take place on July 4. The money that will be raised from the event will go to We Love Dogs Charitable Trust. So if you want to take a break and have a great time while helping doggos, you should attend this event that promises live music and a number of stalls.
– A Barket will take place at the Northpoint Field in New Zealand.
– The event will feature live music.
– There will be stalls and a bouncy…
The trustee members who are organizing the event said that the proceeds will go to rehabilitating doggos so that they can finally find their fur-ever homes. It takes around $500 to rehabilitate just one doggo. One of the trustee members shared, “We rehome dogs from the pounds and also from owners who can no longer have the dogs due to their situations changing. We pay for vaccinations, training and their food.” The first Barket actually took place earlier this year and it was very popular so they are doing it again.
At the venue, doggos can run around while kids can play at a bouncy castle. The details about the live music have not been disclosed yet. The event will be on July 4 at the Northpoint Field in Bell Block from 9:30 A.M. through 1:30 P.M.
