A doggo named Charlotte, an Old English sheepdog, makes a lot of old people smile at the Côte-St-Luc Aquatic and Community Centre. Aside from interacting with the doggo, the drop-in participants may also enjoy music therapy, arts, baking, and more activities.

The participants of the program, who go to the community center for the doggo or other activities whenever they feel like it, said that the doggo has a very sweet nature. Because of her sweetness, one participant revealed that she was initially terrified of dogs after her doggo bit her years back. However, Charlotte has won her over.
The participants of the program are around 80 years old and above. They are allowed to give treats to the doggo and pat it. The organizer of the program said it is amazing to see how the doggo connects with anyone.
