The event was held last May 18 at Rhodes and Rushton Parks. The festival began with a parade featuring doggos in costume while being walked by their owners. The parade ended at Rhodes Park wherein dogs, dog owners, dog lovers, and other event goers enjoyed live music. Live music was provided by a number of singers and bands like Holiday Gunfire, Roots Posse, Taylor Hunnitcutt, and many more.
Vendors also set up tents and they sold pet-related items. There was also a section for children with activities like crafts, face painting, bungee jumping, and a whole lot of fun other stuff.
