October is indeed the month to get your spook on! In Cincinnati, there are a lot of events such as haunted houses and costume contests you could take part of and be able to spend it with your doggo.

On October 21, an event called Hall-O-Ween in the Woods will take place. Doggos have to be registered and the ticket costs $10 per doggo. Dogs and dog owners are encouraged to wear costumes because they will be walking on a trail where there will be carved pumpkins and pet specialists along the way. If you aren’t up for walking, you could join Howl-O-Wine, also falling on October 21. It will be held at the Vinoklet Winery & Restaurant. While you enjoy some wine, your dog may join contests and games.


A parade called Great Pumpkin Parade & Dog Costume Contest will also be held on October 28. This is a family- and dog-friendly event.
