American singer and songwriter Cedric Bixler-Zavala, who is the frontman of the bands The Mars Volta and At The Drive In claimed that the Church of Scientology poisoned his two dogs. Accordingly, the poisoning came after his wife accused Danny Masterson, a member of the church, of raping her.

Bixler-Zavala took to Instagram to post about the incident. He photographed two pieces of meat with a square blue object that seemed like it was placed in the center of the meat. The dog owner said the square object is rat poison. Allegedly, one of the doggos ate it and because the dog did not have any chance of surviving, Bixler-Zavala and his wife decided to euthanize it. The singer added in the post that such meat has been found in their front and backyard since they “spoke about the predators” that the Church protects.

This was their second dog that died. The first dog died in mysterious circumstances because it suffered from traumatic injuries to her esophagus and trachea.
